Who Said it?

"Here lies a great and mighty King,

Who wrote it and to whom? Can anyone guess?

Yes, you both are correct. Did you actually KNOW that or did you, by any chance, google it?

Charles II supposedly responded:
"That is true; for my words are my own, but my actions are those of my ministers."
